Our Father
Our Father, God, wants an intimate relationship with us.
He wants to communicate with us by giving us intuitive thoughts and directions, speaking to us through other people, and communicating with us via social media and music.
When we fear the future, we are trying to control things, and God is not there.
God operates with us in the present moment when we surrender our will to His.
Ask and it shall be given, seek and you shall find, ask Him—He delights in giving to His children when what we ask for is in accordance with His will.
He loves us unconditionally.
He will meet all of our needs if we surrender to His will, which is to practice loving and forgiving others unconditionally.
He knows our needs before we do.
What He gives us will totally satisfy us.
He teaches us with gentle loving correction after we have made a choice to create pain for ourselves.
Our choices or the choices of others who are not following His will cause us pain.
After we experience pain caused by our choices or the choices of others, He will attempt to teach us.
The goal is to recognize and acknowledge His teaching and thank Him, even when our learning process is uncomfortable for us.
I want constructive criticism from our Father, God, who is a loving, gentle, kind, tolerant, and patient teacher.
God the Father will always be there to protect us and guide us as long as we are in union with His will.
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom and the power, and the glory,
forever and ever.
Amen.
