God Is Not to Blame for My Pain
When I’m learning something painful, it’s not God’s fault; it’s me not listening to God.
God is always trying to teach me by having other people tell me to be more patient when I don’t listen to Him.
If I don’t have the patience to wait for the answers from God, and act impatiently before the answers come, I experience pain.
Is God doing that to me?
No, I’m doing that to myself, because I’m not paying attention to what God is telling me.
I can be hardheaded.
God has to tell me many times to teach me what I need to know or do to get out of the pain I’m in.
It’s up to me to invite God into my life.
God never hurts me.
I hurt myself by not having God live through me by continually practicing love and forgiveness.
As a human being, my selfish nature is to be unloving and unforgiving.
I have to remove the blocks in the way of my loving and forgiving, so that I can bring God here through me.
God wants me to love and forgive others unconditionally.
By loving and forgiving others unconditionally, I allow God to exist in the flesh through me.
Unconditional love and forgiveness are God, not me.
The blocks to loving and forgiving others unconditionally include fear, anger, unforgiveness, undone amends, and bad drugs.
Until I remove those blocks, I will not be able to allow God to exist here through me.
When I am able to unconditionally love and forgive others, that will reveal God’s presence, wisdom, protection, guidance, love, and forgiveness.
